All of our partners have extensive prior experience with hair extensions, which is a critical requirement to becoming a BRIJON Distributor. We also look for distributors that share our vision of offering only the best in quality, technical training and commitment to our customers. Our clients are the heartbeat of our organization, and our partners must share this same vision.
For our Distributors, we offer a comprehensive program. This program is designed to provide our distributors with all of the training and support that is needed to be successful. We are committed to our Distributors, and have Account Managers that are assigned to provide on-going support and guidance. To become a Distributor, we require all candidates to complete an application that provides details on their background, goals and vision. For candidates passing these initial criteria, we spend a significant amount of time "getting to know you". We view this company as a close-knit family and want our distributors to embody that same sense of camaraderie which has made us successful.
